We started by buying houses in towns we know, refurbishing them properly, and renting rooms at fair monthly prices.
Where we are
Three houses in Gosport.
Gosport is on the Solent, with a quick ferry across to Portsmouth. The homes are real homes, the prices make sense, and there's still community without manufactured 'community'.
Where we're headed
More towns. Same standard.
Plymouth, Portsmouth, and Southampton are next. We won't expand faster than we can keep the standard up.
